John’s practice focuses on casualty litigation, construction litigation, commercial litigation as well as all general civil litigation. He has tried cases throughout the southern United States including Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland and Georgia. His argued appeals before Louisiana Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and the United States the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. John has been regularly admitted for practice before federal courts in the Louisiana, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. John has represented clients in tort and commercial litigation and has obtained for some behalf of businesses exceeding one million. As defendant insurers in both state and federal courts arising from casualty losses and bad faith claims.
